In a separate post on Instagram, Joel Binamira or known as Marketman, the founder of Zubuchon, said that the boneless lechon will roll out to nearly 400 7-Eleven stores, including Pampanga and Batangas starting August 18!

Each pack contains 250 grams of boneless lechon and is priced at PHP 349. It is now easier to satisfy your lechon cravings without going to restaurants! You just have to defrost and reheat it in a pan, oven, air fryer, or turbo broiler, then voila!

“We carefully select the best pork bellies, brine them overnight, stuff them with the finest ingredients and roast them over charcoal for 2+ hours. They are cooled, chopped in our commissary kitchen, and packed and frozen solid before distribution in freezer trucks to 7-Eleven! Our frozen lechon is FDA tested and approved,” Joel explained in his post.

Another best thing is that you can also make this boneless lechon into other Filipino dishes such as lechon paksiw, kare-kare, sisig, lechon fried rice, and more! So, you don’t have to worry about any leftovers. (Read: Love lechon? Here are four fun facts about this Pinoy favorite!)

Zubuchon’s boneless lechon was done in the traditional way and neatly packed to make it more convenient for everyone to keep it in the fridge and reheat it.
