Young Celebrity Graduates: Alexa Ilacad
Alexa Ilacad made waves on social media after she shared that she will finally be graduating college. What’s more is that she is finishing college strong, with a flat 1.00 grade for her final term! The 21-year-old actress who recently starred in the movie, Four Sisters Before the Wedding, finished with a degree in Marketing from Treston International College. Alexa has been part of the Dean’s List since her sophomore year.
Young Celebrity Graduates: Ysabel Ortega
Ysabel Ortega, daughter of actor and senator Lito Lapid, recently graduated from the University of Asia and the Pacific (UA&P). The 22-year-old completed her degree in BA Political Economy after four years, amid many telling her to drop either showbiz or studies and focus on just one. “There were some who thought I wouldn’t be able to do both and there were times in where I was so close to believing them,” Ysabel shared on Instagram, “But I didn’t want to give up on my dreams.”
Young Celebrity Graduates: Angelina Cruz
The eldest daughter of actors Sunshine Cruz and Cesar Montano graduated Senior High School in 2020. Just like every other graduate in 2020, the 19-year-old wasn’t able to march and get her diploma in person. But mom Sunshine hopes that after the pandemic, she gets to see her panganay march and walk up the stage. Angelina graduated from the De La Salle Santiago Zobel School in Muntinlupa, and is currently taking up a bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management at the De La Salle University. Her younger sister Sam finished Junior High School in May this year from Zobel as well.
