Meet Vince Uy, the Brains Behind ‘Lychees on Pizza’

Move over, pineapples on pizza, the Lychee on Pizza Toast is here!

The names Laureen and Liz Uy are no strangers to the fashion and showbiz industry. Liz has styled hundreds of celebrities in jaw-dropping pieces for events, guestings, and interviews, while Laureen has been a fashion blogger since 2010. They’ve been constantly called the Uy sisters, but little do most people know that there is a third Uy sibling!

He goes by the name Vince Uy, and he also works in the fashion industry. Currently, he is a creative director for a publishing company; but in the past, was in advertising—collaborating with different brands, conceptualizing branding, deciding creative directions, and even leading the creatives team of the Manila FAME event.

And despite all the things he’s already done and achieved in his career, Vince is now dabbling in the kitchen. In fact, just recently, he concocted a pizza recipe that has been making noise on the internet. The Lychee on Pizza Toast—yes, you read that right—is Vince’s own version of pineapples on pizza!
