Studies show that breast cancer is the most common cancer diagnosed in women in the United States. Though it can occur in both men and women, it’s far more common in women.
Many private and non-government organizations have called for support for breast cancer awareness and research funding. Through these efforts, there have been significant advancements in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. Moreover, breast cancer survival rates have increased, and deaths due to the disease have declined largely due to early detection and a better understanding of the disease. With that, the world over has been celebrating Breast Cancer Awareness Month every October. Celebrate and show support to people with breast cancer and family members whose love ones are battling the disease. More importantly, let us pray that they surpass this challenge through the grace of God. Here are 3 prayers to start.

“Father, I pray for those who are suffering from breast cancer and going for surgery.
Please remove all the cancer cells, let healthy cells grow in her body, and heal them rapidly.
Let them feel your presence in the operation theater, comfort them, Lord, heal them. Amen.
