3 Simple Cupcake Rosary Recipes For The Feast Day of Our Lady of Holy Rosary

Enjoy these desserts while celebrating her feast day!

Today, Catholics celebrate the Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary, formerly known as Our Lady of Victory and Feast of the Holy Rosary.

After the miraculous victory of Christians against the Turks’ invasion on October 7, 1571, Pope Pius V called for the people to pray the rosary for victory and led a rosary procession in Rome. He dedicated the day as one of thanksgiving to Our Lady of Victory. Then, Pope Gregory XIII changed the name to the feast of Our Lady of the Rosary.

A fun way to celebrate the feast day of Our Lady of the Rosary is through rosary cupcakes! Make some on your own with these cupcake and ideas. (Read: 3 Unusual Pastries You Might Want To Prepare For Mother Teresa’s Birthday)
