LIST: Masses and Holy Week Events You Can Check Out Online

Mark your calendars for these online events on Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday!

Every year during Holy Week, Filipino Catholics would commemorate the season with a series of national and local observances. Some parish groups would arrange a Visita Iglesia across different towns, while others would hold events such as Passion plays, processions, and even festivities.

But with the ongoing pandemic and the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) in place in Metro Manila and other provinces, a lot of changes have been made for this year’s Holy Week activities. For one, physical events have been prohibited, and parishes are holding Masses and liturgical celebrations via live stream. (Read: Here’s the Pope’s Message for the Start of Holy Week)

So if you are a Catholic faithful who wants to participate in Holy Week observances online, My Pope Philippines lists the remaining Masses and events for Good Friday, Black Saturday, and Easter Sunday that you should check out. Read below!
