This is why many special deals are popping up for Valentine’s Day that encourages everyone to celebrate the day despite the distance and isolation. One of these is from the Philippine Association ng mga Kupido (PAK), in partnership with Netflix!
Bringing Dangwa to Your Doorstep
As a special treat on Valentine’s Day, Netflix is teaming up with PAK — a group of “Cupids” who wish to keep the love alive amid the pandemic— in providing 1,500 free bouquets to residents of Metro Manila and Cebu! (Read: The flower arranger who found love where she least expected it)
It is a collaboration that will not just benefit long-distance relationships, but also local sellers— as the bouquets of flowers will be sourced from Manila’s flower haven and go-to-market for the freshest blooms, Dangwa Market!
Netflix and PAK have also teamed up with Grab Philippines in delivering the flowers straight to their recipients’ doorsteps. The riders will dress up as adorable “Netflix cupids” (complete with wings and a love-seeking arrow!) to give a personal touch and kilig factor to the awesome surprise.
