The National Museum of the Philippines and Quezon City Public Library (QCPL) announced that they will reopen this week, following the implementation of Alert Level 3 in Metro Manila, from October 16 to 31.
Among the establishments that are badly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic are museums, libraries, and other educational facilities that many people, especially students, miss the most. To comply with 30% indoor venue capacity, only limited people will be accommodated in the National Museum and QCPL. Health protocols must be followed at all times, such as wearing face masks and face shields and observing social distancing.
