Aside from the pandemic, Liza also admits that other factors—like the ABS-CBN franchise denial and her not being able to continue operating her business—also contribute to her anxiety.

“Since the beginning of the quarantine, I was paying so much attention to it (ABS-CBN’s franchise renewal) that I started getting anxious and getting upset that I absolutely have no control,” she said in an online presscon for Nivea. Tip #1: Find a hobby.

“Keep yourself busy. Try to find something new to do. That’s one thing that I discovered that helps with anxiety. When you try to learn a new talent or maybe a technique or skill, it really helps with easing or letting you forget about whatever it is that you’re thinking about at that moment because you really have to focus on learning,” Liza said on her interview with Asian Boss.
