5 Easy Korean Meals for Work Week Lunches

Make meal preps a lot easier with these quick and easy Korean recipes!

As Metro Manila is now under general community quarantine (GCQ), more workers are back at the office to resume their companies’ operations. However, despite the fact that dining at restaurants are now allowed at a limited capacity, many are still finding it hard to look for places to get food, as food establishments are either full or are still closed.

Rice and Egg Roll

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup white rice
  • Roasted laver (edible seaweed)
  • 2 tbsps sugar
  • 2 tbsps vinegar
  • Salt
  • 5 tbsps milk
  • Oil

Tuna Bibimbap

Ingredients:

  • Canned tuna
  • 1 cucumber, shredded
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 white onion, thinly sliced
  • Perilla leaves
  • Lettuce (or cabbage)
  • 1/2 tbsp red pepper paste
  • 1/2 tbsp corn syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • White rice

  • 200g meat (pork, beef, or chicken, depending on preference)
  • 1 onion, cubed
  • 2 sweet potato (or potato, depending on preference), cubed
  • Curry block (or curry powder/mix)
  • Oil or butter
  • Salt
