Kim Seon-ho Makes Movie Debut in ‘Sad Tropics’ As Korean-Filipino Boxer

The movie is set to come out in 2022.

After being embroiled in a huge controversy involving his ex-girlfriend, Korean actor Kim Seon-ho had been scrutinized by Korean and international fans. Because of the backlash he received, and the criticisms from the public, companies and brands that have signed the 35-year-old actor as their endorser pulled out all their advertisements featuring Seon-ho.

What’s worse is that he withdrew from projects he was supposed to be or was involved in–shows and movies alike. However, after testimonies from friends and family of both parties surfaced, Seon-ho’s endorsements returned. Luckily, one movie he was supposed to be starring has not changed the cast.
