3 Traditional Irish Dishes for St. Patrick’s Day

Did you know that Ireland is one of the most Christian countries in Europe? Sometime before the 5th century AD, Christianity had arrived in Ireland most likely through their interactions with Roman Britain, and eventually, the religion had spread throughout the entire country. But many mistakenly associate the Christian faith in Ireland to St. Patrick, who in reality arrived in Ireland long after the arrival of Christianity in the island.

Nonetheless, the Irish still celebrate St. Patrick, who has become the country’s foremost patron saint. And today, March 17, is the feast day of St. Patrick himself.
