Taho is a breakfast that most, if not all, Filipinos look forward to eating every weekend. The iconic “TAHOOO!” is what wakes up children every morning on Saturdays, and makes them run downstairs to call manong magtataho and buy a cup of sweet, healthy taho.
However, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, taho vendors have been a rare sight on the streets. It comes as the quarantine guidelines have prohibited them from roaming around villages and selling their products.
For sure, many are missing this staple morning food. Good thing, you can make one right your homes while manong mangtataho isn’t back in business yet! Here are three flavored taho recipes that you can try with your loved ones. (Read: Quick and Healthy Recipes Made With Canned Goods)
