These Bite-Size Snacks Can Improve Work Productivity at Home

These snacks aren't just filling, they're healthy, too!

To most Filipinos, the past eight months have been full of Zoom meetings, online classes, and virtual celebrations and hangouts because of the COVID-19 pandemic. We have all been continuously staying at home, avoiding public places, and only going out for important stuff.

As we spend most of our days at home, we have also been cooking and eating to our hearts’ content to ease some stress. This also helps as we try to make up for the fact that we can’t dine out right now. (Read: How do you eat healthy while in quarantine? We asked a nutritionist-dietician!)

But when working or listening to online classes, it can be difficult to eat and snack at the same time, especially if it’s messy, crumby food that we’re munching on. Good thing, there are actually bite-sized and less messy snacks out there that you can eat—plus they’re healthy and packed with energy, too!

Of course, we all love a pack of good old-fashioned dried mangoes—it’s sweet, sometimes a bit sour, but always on the healthy side. But now, there are other dried fruits you can buy and snack on during your afternoon Zoom meeting with your officemates! There’s dragonfruit, pineapple, banana, and other fruits and fruit mixes that you will certainly enjoy.
