Use lavender, chamomile, or cinnamon-scented essential oils but if you want to really have that authentic spa smell, go for eucalyptus. Create a resort-like vibe in your home by crafting a relaxing playlist. Choose instrumentals to calm your nerves or your favorite pick-me-up songs. Or you could look for ready-made ones on your favorite streaming service. Plug your phone or music player into your speaker and feel yourself relax as you listen to the soothing rhythm.

Perhaps one of the easiest yet chicest ways to bring the spa to your home is to give yourself a foot spa! It doesn’t matter if you don’t have the fancy equipment normally used in foot spas, just dip your toes in some warm water filled with bath salts or essential oils, Soak your feet at the end of a hectic day, with your favorite show on, and feel all your worries melt away.
Here’s a recipe on how you can make an all-natural foot scrub: combine a cup of brown sugar with a cup of oatmeal then add a few drops of olive oil.
