You read that right. The 27-year-old actor plays a ballet dancer who struggles to learn his craft after being sidetracked from his dream.
Song Kang is most known for starring in the 2019 Netflix romantic series, Love Alarm. The actor, who was picked as the lead over 900 hopefuls, will appear in the second season of the show. (Read: ‘Love Alarm 2’ Premieres This Week – Here’s What to Expect!)
Love Alarm also led to Song Kang’s casting in the 2020 apocalyptic horror film Sweet Home, also on Netflix.

Playing opposite Song Kang is the award-winning veteran actor of stage, film, and TV. Now in his 70s, Park In-hwan considers his role as a retired mailman harboring a dream of dancing Swan Lake as both a blessing and a challenge.
“At my age, my physical fitness and flexibility are lacking, so it was tough learning ballet,” he said in an interview. “But I was happy and grateful to be able to tell a warm story and emerge intact.”
