Did you know that fruits can actually wake you up?

In times like this where we have to stay awake for online classes, virtual meetings, and late-night work, coffee helps a ton. The caffeine not only tastes good, but it also keeps us awake and energized, ready to take on our workload. But what if you are a non-coffee drinker?

There can be various reasons that make people shy away from coffee. Some may have allergies or intolerance from caffeine, while others may be dealing with health issues—they palpitate, feel restless, and nervous when they drink coffee. To some, it can be as simple as they dislike the bitter taste of coffee. (Read: Here’s Why You Feel Tired in Quarantine — and What to Do About It!)
