3 Things We’re Excited About in Ben&Ben’s May 22 Concert

The VIP ticket will allow you to have a Meet & Greet session with the band!

Concerts and music events have been greatly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. But as months passed, event producers, organizers, and artists themselves have found ways to navigate through this issue.

Through live streaming websites, Facebook Live, and other online platforms, artists were able to hold virtual concerts for their fans to enjoy amid the quarantine. And on Saturday, May 22, nine-piece band Ben&Ben will be holding a virtual concert of their own! (Read: Ben&Ben on Being Productive in Quarantine: “It Is Not an Obligation”)

The concert will be streamed through the Filipino Live Streaming app, Kumuat 7 pm PHT. It is to be presented by Kumu Live Events, and is Ben&Ben’s first virtual concert for 2021.

Here are three things you need to know about the Ben&Ben Kumu concert on Saturday:

According to the event page for the concert on Kumu, the concert is slated to be 90 minutes long. Yes, one and a half hours of purely soulful and beautiful music from Ben&Ben! All of the songs will be performed live, of course.

Concertgoers will be happy to know that the concert will be streamed in high definition for everyone’s enjoyment! According to the organizers, the video will be streaming at 720p— which might be quite heavy on data, so they suggest having wifi that has a speed of 1mbps or greater!
