PAL, Cebu Pacific, AirAsia Set To Resume Some Flights This June

Flights for essential travel have already resumed to service Filipinos who will be heading home to their provinces.

Due to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic and the on-going quarantine in Luzon, travelers have been constantly rebooking and rescheduling their domestic and international flights due to quarantine restrictions. Some airlines have also stopped commercial operations since March and have only been flying to and from the country to pick up repatriated overseas Filipino workers (OFWs).

But after three months of little to no commercial flights, and with the government easing some quarantine restrictions, some airlines are looking to resume operations this month. Three airlines that use the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) in Pasay City are planning to carry out limited domestic flights starting this June.
