8 Cuts introduced the Bleu Cheeseburger 2.0, an upgraded version of the favorite limited burger—which is finally a regular item on their menu! The Bleu Cheeseburger was dubbed the Bleu Burger way back when 8 Cuts was known as Burger Bar. It used to be a seasonal item offered during special occasions and limited edition promos. In 2013, it was relaunched on 8 Cut’s menu but was phased out after a while.

The “funkiest” burger
The Bleu Cheeseburger 2.0 features 8 Cuts’ signature House Blend beef patty and one-of-a-kind blue cheese sauce. It is infused with caramelized onions, peppered onion tanglers, lettuce, and bleu cheese crumble, sandwiched between soft and fluffy buns!
