Children’s books are more than just bedtime stories you read to your child at night. Kids exposed to books at an early age do not only have better vocabulary skills, but learn to value lessons in life and relationship as well.
These are the just some of the reasons why we as adults should always choose books to purchase and read to them carefully, and review its contents before giving it to them!
If you want to know more about how books benefit children, you’re in luck. The Philippine Board on Books for Young People has organized the 2021 Philippine Children’s Book Summit, which will happen on Saturday, July 31.
